查了半天什么都说什么权限问题，可是我的分区是 FAT32 的，而且访问不带跳转的网页就是正确的！
有人说改成 MSXML2.serverXMLHTTP, 于是就变成下面的错误：

网上一看，有人说解决这个错误的办法就是把 MSXML2.serverXMLHTTP 换成 Microsoft.XMLHTTP，我晕...
换成 WinHTTP.WinHTTPRequest.5.1 仍然是这种错误，抓包看又是正常的：
